How AI helps us in this crisis
During the last four economic downturns, 14% of companies were even able to increase their sales growth and profit margin. Currently, companies are trying their best to at least stabilize their numbers. One way, companies are doing this is, is by launching AI use cases.
Automation and basic data analytics are in place in most companies already. AI has an even bigger impact than that. It enables companies to achieve some predictability in these unpredictable times. AI updates sales and demand forecasts in real time and with that accelerates decision making. Furthermore, it can optimize remote offerings and offers rapid responses to changing behaviours. These are just a few applications areas of AI. We are curious to see how AI will help companies during this crisis and also with the the adjustment to a new reality after the crisis.
