For 18 years Pauline Millaard held national and international marketing- and commercial positions in the corporate healthcare industry. During these years, sparked by curiosity and drive to develop, she observed and embraced the always ongoing change and naturally lead transformations within the area of her responsibility.
To better manage and leverage these continued organisational evolutions, Pauline took on her EMBA in International Management, which she completed in 2012. The outcome of her Master thesis research on “Brand Value and Brand Value Creation in the Swiss Prescription Drug Market. Lessons to be learnt.” further triggered her interest in change management and organizational readiness.
In May 2018 she founded her own healthcare consultancy company “ALIGN by P. Millaard” with focus on excellence in execution, performance management and digital readiness.
By becoming a Certified Practitioner for ECHO* Intelligent Listening (*Effective Communication for Healthy Organisations) in early 2019, Pauline took a first step to actively start managing corporate change as a business consultant.
