subsidiary of an international bank is launching a new digital product offering, for which the visibility within the corporation as well as the pressure to succeed was significant<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The agile project consisted of three streams: An online portal offering product information, a digital product substituting individual solutions for each client with an automated, digital offering for small tickets, an innovative pricing scheme (Pay-per-use)<\/li>\n<li>Changes of roles, responsibilities and thinking from the clients\u2018 point-of-view had to be embraced by the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Adding to the complexity was a restructuring, leading to a potential number of 1 mio. additional clients to be served with existing staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94dc0f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"94dc0f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Our Approach<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dea2dfe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dea2dfe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>We proposed a participative approach to embed the core skill of changeability within the organization aiming at the:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear definition of the transformation objective<\/li>\n<li>Commitment and motivation of all employees directly involved (appr. 50) as well as other stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Set-up and handover of the project as a blueprint for the larger change and digitalization initiative of the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our main measures included:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting and analyzing structured stakeholder interviews to better understand their needs and support the change<\/li>\n<li>Choosing and coaching ambassadors to promote the new product from within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Moderating a business model canvas workshop with the project team and ambassadors<\/li>\n<li>Setting up the change communication by writing a change story, and establishing a communication plan<\/li>\n<li>Planning and moderating Business Simulation Workshops in large, mixed groups (60-70 participants per session)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-778a736 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"778a736\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Results<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1b1679 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b1b1679\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" attitude that has led to unexpectedly good business results in the first quarter<\/li>\n<li>Early leadership alignment and board attention made employees feel valued and increased the sense of urgency in a positive way<\/li>\n<li>Consistent messages and a unified tone from the top left no room for interpretation<\/li>\n<li>As a result, employees accepted that change was happening<\/li>\n<li>A lot of useful feedback on tools and processes from employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da1a236 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"da1a236\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div
