Dr. Theresa Semler

Theresa and her team support companies in mastering business transformation. Her focus is on activating stakeholders’ changeability. Theresa has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting, including at Capgemini Consulting, and was a manager at a DAX company with global responsibility for Change Management, HR process excellence and corporate values.<\/p>\n<\/div>

For 12 years she was successful as an entrepreneur in the sports industry in Germany, the USA and Israel. She designs, leads and implements very complex projects, e.g., launching digital products around the globe, designing an ESG strategy, developing a comprehensive transformation strategy for integrity culture, defining a governance for the agile portfolio management of a company or building a global leadership communications strategy.<\/p>\n

Theresa holds a PhD in Comparative Literature with a focus on philosophy from the University of Chicago, and is certified in Digital Transformation from the University of Columbia and Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge. As an active athlete, she trains dressage horses to Grand Prix level in her spare time and pursues her passion for medicine in an alternative medicine practice for horses.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
